Please note there is no food allowed in the camps because the camps are located in Bear Country If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Yellowstone Under Canvas in advance Please note that the reception is closed after 9pm Please be advised on some notes on the weather and area from the hotel: The weather in Yellowstone can be very unpredictable during the summer It can snow every month of the year so come prepared with some warmer clothing as well as your usual summer attire! Temperatures will often get down to the 30 degrees at night so do bring warm clothes and a hat to sleep in The south fork of the Madison River runs through our camp Parents please make sure that you do not leave your children unattended near the river Your children -as always!- are your responsibility We are subject to regulations imposed by both Yellowstone National Park and the National Forest Service Should the risk of fire in the area be raised to the level of High we will be subject to a fire ban This will mean that the use of wood stoves or our fire pits will be prohibited in such conditions Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply
