This comfortable apartment -ca 80 m2- is located at the 1st floor in the centre of Madfeld a pretty village surrounded by hills and pastures You have a private balcony and there is a large communal garden Madfeld is located in a hilly and woody region in the Sauerland at only 12 km from the Diemelsee You will find many leisure facilities here both for adults and children There are many cycling- and walking paths an indoor swimming pool -free- sauna solarium playgrounds etc In winter you can ski langlauf and sleigh in the well known ski areas Willingen -approx 6 km- and Winterberg -approx 40 km-
