Important Information

Please note that guests are required by the hotel to settle the deposit by credit card on the day of booking The hotel will send guests an email with instructions and a Paypal link for processing the 50% deposit payment Guests must deposit THB 85000 for security insurance on the day of arrival, it will be returned to the lessee no later than 14 days after check out If there is any damage and costs that exceed the amount of the deposit, the lessee will remain liable to the lessor to pay the same promptly Early arrival or late departure will depend upon availability of the villa The early check-in fee is USD 500 from 10:00 hrs onwards The late check-out fee is USD 500 until 18:00 hrs After 18:00 hrs, the full daily rate is applicable Please note that extra 20% will be added on top to all food and beverage items purchased on behalf of guests The 20% surcharge covers cooking gas, transportation and all costs incurred from cooking and kitchen-related expenses Unregistered guests will be charged USD 300 per person per night A non-refundable 50% deposit payment must be made within 5 days after booking the villa For peak season bookings, full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival For bookings during the rest of the year, full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival Please note that 2 persons can be accommodated per bedroom - Booking of 2 persons can be accommodated in 1 bedroom - Booking of 4 persons can be accommodated in 2 bedrooms - Booking of 6 persons can be accommodated in 3 bedrooms - Booking of 8 persons can be accommodated in 4 bedrooms Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply Please inform Villa Yin - an elite haven in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions
