The institute is open from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:30, Friday to Saturday from 09:00 to 20:00 and Sunday from 09:00 to 18:00 Treatments can be purchased by both guests and external customers and must be booked in advance Please ensure you arrive at least 15-minutes before your scheduled appointment The relaxation pool is open every day from 07:00 to 21:00, except during aquagym classes and on Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 For maintenance reasons, management reserves the right to close the relaxation pool Mixed changing rooms with showers and private lockers are at your disposal Please note that all children under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult and can access the pool everyday between 13:00 and 15:00 and from 19:00 to 21:00, except during aquagym classes Please note that children under the age of 16 years old are not authorized to use the hot tub, hammam or the fitness centre Use of the spa is reserved for persons over 16 years of age Pets are only permitted in the apartments, not in the hotel rooms Guests are advised to make reservations for the restaurant The restaurant closes on 24 December and 31 December for lunch Dinner on the 31 December must be reserved in advance Please note that the Standard, Superior and Duplex apartments are available for check-in after 17:00 and guests must be checked-out by 10:00 The Hotel rooms are available for check-in after 15:00 and guests must be checked-out by 12:00 For bookings in the residence, please note that: For stays of 8 or fewer nights, there will be no housekeeping service or linen change A weekly cleaning will be done between day 6 and 8 for stays of more than 8 nights Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee will be applicable if dishes are left dirty and the garbage is not emptied upon departure Breakfast is served from 07:00 - 10:00 Monday - Saturday and 07:00 - 10:30 on Sundays Lunch is served from 12:00 - 13:30 Monday - Saturday and 12:30 - 14:00 on Sundays Dinner is served from 19:00-21:15 Sunday-Friday and 19:00-21:30 on Saturdays A free shuttle service at fixed hours is available everyday except on SaturdaySunday, bank holidays and school holidays The service runs to Geneva airport and the towns of Eysins-Nyon and Rolle Please note that the baby beds do not include mattresses, sheets, blankets and pillows For bookings of 5 rooms or more, please contact the property directly In case of the privatization of the property, the spa, institute, restaurant and bar will be accessible only by the guests staying in the hotel rooms Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply
