Vento di Salento is a farm just 5 miles from the beautiful Ionian Sea in the countryside just outside Torricella a small village in Salento one of the prettiest parts of Puglia We offer the possibility of a large outdoor pool and enjoy physical activity through sports -tennis soccer volleyball and table tennis- available for guests The main feature of the old colonial Jorche is definitely the dishes in the restaurant a semi-subterranean mill in 1700 where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner on request The dishes are typical of the Salento with bread pasta liqueurs sweets handmade on the spot During the week we organize theme nights for guests Among them is the Pinch -typical Salentine dance very playful and engaging- and that of pasta and homemade bread You can also visit our winery and the vineyards you can taste our wines and learn about the methods and techniques of production Vento di Salento offers the ideal holiday for those who want to relax and get away from it all fully immersed in the traditions of hospitality and culture of Puglia
