Directions: Follow the A30 towards Penzance, pass Tesco supermarket on your right and go straight across the roundabout towards Penzance town, do not take road to Lands End Before you reach Penzance town take the right turn onto road B3311 Carry on the B3311 for about a quarter of a mile and turn left off a big right hand bend, signposted Newmill and Zennor Carry on this road for another 300 yards and take the right turn to Newmill and Zennor again After about three quarters of a mile you will see Trevaylor Care Home on your left, do not turn in here, carry on for 100 yards and turn left by BandB sign and small cottage Trevaylor Vean is situated at the top of this farm track facing down towards you
