This 3-level, 3-bedroom townhouse, is located close to Eastern Beach, an indoor pool, fitness centre, tennis courts, shops and a golf course There is a walking track along the edge of the lake to Central Lakes Entrance Ample parking for a boat and multiple cars with the double lock up garage and driveway is available Guests staying at The Terrace can prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, which has a microwave, stove top, oven, dishwasher and a full-sized refrigerator There are 2 bathrooms and a powder room 1 bathroom has a bath and a separate shower and the other with just a shower In the living room you will find a large flat-screen TV, DVD player and a CD player A split-system heaterair-conditioner is included to heatcool the living areas and there is a washing machine and a clothes line
