St Giles Apartment requires payment by bank transfer After you have made a booking, the property will contact you with the payment details Please note the following time frames for payment: For bookings made between: 1-7 days prior to arrival, proof of bank transfer payment is required via email within 24 hours 7-30 days prior to arrival, payment is required within 5 days 31-60 days prior to arrival, payment is required within 7 days 60+ days prior to arrival, a split payment can be made of 25% due within 7 days which is subject to minimum GBP 100 The remaining balance is required no later than 60 days prior to arrival Please note that if a booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, the guest is entitled to a refund of any prepayment bank transfers made in advance The property owner will contact the guest within 3 days to request the guests bank details to make the refund, and will process the refund within 5 days of the guests response Please inform St Giles Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation A security deposit of GBP 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions
