Seaspray Villa is a private and luxurious escape in Shoal Bay, just a 1-minute walk from the shops, restaurants and beach North facing, it has a beautiful panoramic view of Shoal Bay and over to Hawks Nest and the mountains beyond Recently furnished, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry and covered parking The master bedroom has a queen bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower The main bathroom has a bathtub, that is also a spa bath The second bedroom has 2 singles The lounge room has a fold out double sofa bed -with an inner spring mattress and trapeze base- It is a wide property, with high ceilings and also has ducted air-conditioningheating
