Guests must contact the property, using the contact details on their confirmation, 24 hours before arrival in order to guarantee that someone will be there to check them in Check-in is available from 17:00 until 21:00 If guests cannot check in within these times then they should make alternative arrangements with the property in advance Guests arriving by plane should please let the property know their arrival airport and flight details in advance All guests are advised to call Rose Cottage Bed and Breakfast 1 hour before arrival to ensure that a member of staff is present Full ID and address details must be provided and a copy will be made at point of check-in If credit card details do not match then payment will not be taken from that card and guests will have to pay in cash The accommodation has the right to refuse a guest who is a local guest who makes a reservation Failure to check-out by 11:00 on the day of departure will automatically incur an initial GBP 50 charge followed -at 14:00- by a charge up to the total value of that nights booking -rates variable and applicable to the market rate on that particular day- Payment will automatically be taken from the credit card provided at point of booking The property cannot guarantee that, although this adminservice charge has been made, a room will be available for guests to extend their stay if they do not check-out before the next evening If guests wish to extend their stay they must check availability before leaving bagsproperty in the room The property reserves the right to charge cards for goodsservices used and any damages or loss of propertypotential revenue Meals: Breakfasts -including take-away breakfast-, packed lunches, snacks, drinks and even evening meals can be provided at certain times, if arranged in advance or at point of check-in If breakfast is not booked in advance then it is subject to availability Breakfast can be purchased at point of check-in for GBP 10 Guests reserving a room for 1 person and turning up with 2 people will be charged a supplement of GBP 10 per room per night Supplementary charges may be made for early check-in where guests pre-arrange an arrival time and fail to inform the property of the changes A supplement of GBP 15 per hour may be charged for check-in after 21:00 All late check-ins must be arranged in advance Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply Please inform Rose Cottage Bed and Breakfast in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation
