Please note, due to El Nino storms and high tides, the beach across from our resort will be closed for an unknown time period due to construction Guests may hear significant noise as the work progresses To gain access to other parts of the beach, guests will use the foot bridge several blocks south of the resort Please see front desk for directions if needed A security deposit of 100 USD is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation Please note the resort fee will be collected upon check in The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in, along with a photo ID for verification The name on the reservation must match the name of the guest who is checking in If guest is unable to provide the credit card for verification, a credit card authorization form must be sent to the resort by the cardholder prior to check-in, or an alternative credit card must be presented along with a photo ID matching the cardholder name for verification Failure to provide valid payment could result in the cancellation of the reservation Any advance deposit previously collected on the credit card used to book the reservation will be refunded to the card on file and payment will be obtained on the credit card presented by the guest at check-in Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply
