The cruise provides shuttle bus services and private car transfers -from Hanoi Old Quarter- Halong - Hanoi Old Quarter- at an extra charge -Please note that some room rates are already inclusive of pick-up charges- The bus or private car picks up the guests from hotels located in Hanoi Old Quarter Area only The pickup time at hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter is at between 7:45 - 8:15 Outside this area, guests are to go straight to Paloma Office in Hanoi for the pick-up The drop off time at hotels is between 16:30 - 17:00 Bus transfers cost USD 25 per guest for a round-trip to and from Hanoi Old Quarter and Halong Private car transfers are priced separately and can be arranged by contacting the cruise directly Guests are required to provide the hotel name, address and contact number in Hanoi at least 48 hours in advance for the pick-up service Guests may direct questions to the cruise by using the Special Requests box when booking, or contacting the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation A 24-hour advance registration is required Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date for all passengers Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise Children whose travel documents are attached to the parents passport, must be accompanied by said parent If you have any dietary requirements -eg vegetarian-, please inform the cruise before departure The cruise check-in begins from between 12:00 - 12:30 from Halong Paloma Office -The office is opposite Phu Dong Restaurant- For check-ins later than 12:30, an extra charge USD 60 will be charged Guest who are late for check-ins will be brought to the cruise ship by a private-tender boat Guests disembark from the cruise ship at 11:30 at the end of the journey Cruise itineraries and schedules are subject to change, dependent upon the weather and operating conditions Please inform Halong Paloma Cruise in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation
