To use the propertys shuttles from JR Kutchan Station or Shin-Chitose Airport, please make a reservation at time of booking Guests need to check in at the management office first and present a Passportvalid photo ID The office is located at 170-304 Yamada, Kutchan Guests using propertys shuttles will be taken directly to the property, after the staff photocopies guests PassportID Guests are kindly requested to indicate the mode of transport to the property at the time of booking Guests are required to check-in between 15:00 and 18:00 during the following period: from 31 July until 3 November Guests can request bedding for each bedroom in the apartment -subject to availability- If no bedding preferences are provided to the property prior to 3 days of arrival, all bedding will be set up as single beds Upon request, bedding in all the rooms can be arranged as either a single bed or a double bed Please inform Niseko Alpine Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival Ski Japan Travel Co LTD will send a confirmation with detailed payment information After full payment is taken, the propertys details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you
