New in 2016, this stunning, 2-storey, luxury home has water views, 2 lounge rooms, 4 bedrooms and a large sun-filled deck The kitchen, is equipped with a microwave stove top, oven, dishwasher and a full-sized refrigerator There is a gas BBQ Downstairs, the main bathroom has a spa bath and shower and upstairs there is an en suite bathroom and powder room The house has a flat-screen TV and a DVD player in the living areas Heating and air-conditioning are included as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer
