Guests are advised that the apartments are not permanently manned and they must contact the apartments prior to arrival, in order to arrange key collection Guests are kindly reminded that these apartments are in residential buildings and are not suitable for partyfunction purposes A cleaning service is carried out after each guest stay Guests staying longer than a week will have the service once a week but fresh towels and linen will be provided as required Please note that late check-in after 20:00 can be arranged at an extra cost of GBP 5 per hour extension Kindly note the property cannot process payments from American Express credit cards, and an alternative card will be required A security deposit of GBP 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
