Please note in order to secure your reservation, a prepayment deposit of the total of your stay is required in advance Guests reserving 5 or more rooms must provide a deposit of 30% of the total of the reservation The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions Please note this property requires a security deposit upon check in for incidentals This deposit will be fully-refunded upon check out, subject to a prior damage inspection of the property Please note this property only accepts payments in cash, via PayPal, or with a VISA credit card Credit card payments will incur an additional fee of 6% For an additional fee of 50% of that days room rate, guests can request an early check in from 06:00 onwards, or a late check out until 18:00 Guests checking out after 18:00 will have to pay the entire room rate The seasonal swimming pool is open for guest use during the summer season only -December to April, check with property for exact dates- and for an additional fee of US $1000 per day for adults and US $500 per day for children Additionally, children may use the kids pool for free Please note due to maintenance works, the swimming pool will remain closed on Mondays The property offers a self-service laundry room, located on the ground floor For stays of 7 or more nights, a cleaning service is provided mid-week, including change of bed linen and towels The billiards table can be used for an hourly fee Guests can request to use the barbecue facilities for an additional fee of US $3000 per day -maximum 30 guests- Parties and loud musicnoises are not allowed on site Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens -and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru- must pay an additional fee of 18% To be exempt from this 18% additional fee -IVA-, a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented Please note both documents are required for fee exemption Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation Please inform Best Miraflores Rentals in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation A security deposit of USD 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
