Payment before arrival via bank transfer or credit card is required The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions 1 complimentary parking space is provided per apartment booked As the private apartment does not have a front desk, guests are required to provide their expected arrival and departure times, at least 3 days prior to check-in date, so that key pick-up and drop arrangements can be made Check-in and check-out outside of the official timings must be arranged at least 2 days in advance, subjected to a surcharge and confirmation of request Only guests named in the reservation and verified with their IDs are allowed in the property Please note that a copy of your ID will be taken at check-in Any suspicious, illegal or criminal activity will not be tolerated and will be reported to the police without notice The cleaning fee includes only a 1-time general sanitising, vacuuming, dusting and floors mopping -no heavy housework or major cleaning is included in the fee Please do not use towels, linen and blankets to remove make-up and to clean shoes or food An extra weekly cleaning service is needed for stays longer than 6 nights No dish-washing is included in the cleaning fee -Extra charges will apply- Please turn off the air-conditioning and water heaters when away or not in use The amount of electricity and water included in the daily rate is an average for normal usage, any unreasonable excess will be charged at cost For monthly rental the electricity and water bills included in the discounted rate is 50% of the actual amount of the bills Garbage should be disposed daily in the Condominium recycling bins -glass, plastic, paper, other- This is strictly a non-smoking apartment The balconies are available for smoking Guests found to have smoked in rooms are subject to cleaning charges Please observe a minimum-range noise level between 22:00 and 8:00 daily Failure to return the keys upon check-out will result in forfeiture of the security deposit The full Inventory list is provided at check in, any missing items will be replaced and charged at cost A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply Please inform Mayang Deluxe Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation A security deposit of MYR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions
