The property reserves the right to pre-authorise the card provided on the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation in case of a no-show or a late cancellation The card will be pre-authorised 2 days prior to arrival The property strongly advises all its clients to have enough funds in order to cover the first night rate as the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the pre-authorization will fail The person checking in must provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer on the reservation The card used to reserve the room must be presented upon arrival for all the non-refundable reservations If this is not possible, guests must inform the property in advance The total cost of the stay has to be done in full onbefore arrival The non-refundable reservations will be charged at the time when the reservation has been made -please make sure to have enough funds in order to have your reservation confirmed- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises There is a covered designated smoking area available inside the building Check in standard time: from 14:00 up to 22:00 Check out standard time: up to 10:30 Early check in or a late check-out is subject to the availability and it has to be confirmed by the property Guests checking in after 10:00 PM must inform the property in advance and an extra charge will occur as follows: GBP 15 extra for the 22:00 - 00:00 interval GBP 30 extra for the 00:00 - 02:00 interval Please note that no check-in is available after 02:00 A security deposit of GBP 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
