This group house is in the village of Kalterherberg It is a 10 minute drive from the picturesque town of Monschau Lake Butgenbach is equally close The lake is scenic and is also used for recreation The house has been completely renovated and is tastefully furnished in a modern style It can be divided in three apartments each with their own kitchen One of which is occupied by the owners and the others are let The large dining room caters for 22 people There is a large lawn of around 6500 m2 at the back of the house The grounds are adjacent to many walking and mountain bike routes Kalterherberg is near the Belgian border It is in the heart of the Hoge Venen National Park which is part of the Eifel region The cities of Malmedy and Aachen are well worth a visit This way you can enjoy a taste of Germany and Belgium
