All guests must be aged 21 or over to book an apartment Proof of ID that matches the payment card is required to be sent by email before arrival, in order to verify customers details If those are not received, and if the payment is not completed 3 days before arrival, self check in instructions will not be sent Please note that the property operates a self check-in system from the main office The property will send the instructions for self check-in prior to arrival, including the access code and the exact address of the accommodation If youre arriving after 23:00, please inform Apartments Inn London in advance Please know that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival You will be sent a 3D secure payment link as payments are required at least 3 days prior to arrival If the payment is not received your card would be pre-authorised After full payment is taken self check-in instructions will be emailed to you If the card is invalid, Hyde Park Apartments will not send the instructions with the access code Please read the description carefully of the room type you booked to avoid any misunderstanding Parties and gatherings are not permitted at this property Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in via email If those are not provided even if the payment is already done, a self check-in instructions will not be sent Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply A security deposit of GBP 300 is required for certain types of rooms You will be sent a 3D secure payment link and payments are required at least 3 days prior to arrival The deposit is refunded if the apartment has been used in accordance with our terms and conditions and after an inspection on the apartment has taken place during and after your stay Refunds usually take 3 – 5 working days to reach your account There is no lift in the building Please inform Hyde Park Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation A security deposit of GBP 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
