Guests are requested to email a copy of a photographic ID with proof of address and the credit card used for the booking plus a list of all guests occupying the property Please be advised that the property reserve the right to refuse to check guests in if required documents are not present on arrival or the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs or behaves in a threatening, abusive or other unacceptable manner The property reserve the right to refuse entry on a non-refundable cancellation basis if requested documents are not emailed at least 48 hours prior to arrival The credit card used for the booking must be in the lead guests name The lead guest must be over 25 years of age and must be present at check-in Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties A security deposit of GBP 500 per apartment will be taken as guarantee against any incidental charges such as smoking, damage within the apartment or communal areas, lost keys or additional cleaning costs This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation All apartments are strictly non-smoking and a charge of 1 nights stay will be charged for any breach of this clause Early check-in between 09:00 and 15:00 will be accommodated where possible Late check-in after 18:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 60, subject to availability and by prior arrangement The lead guest is responsible for conduct of other occupants Only persons notified to the property prior to arrival may occupy the apartment The number of persons permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to the number of beds available and this limit may not be exceeded Should there be a nuisance complaint, guests may be asked to leave immediately without refund of accommodation and security deposit Out of respect for other guests and neighbours, loud music after 22:30 is not permitted and any anti-social behaviour of any sort will result in an immediate termination of the stay Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply Please inform House of Kipp Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation A security deposit of GBP 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
