Please note the lead guest must be 18 years and older If guests wish to bring children to Hostel Connect they must book a private room or a whole dormitory Check-in from 20:00 to 22:00 is possible, subject to availability and by prior arrangement Guests are not allowed to check-in after 23:00 if they are sharing a dormitory, however this may be possible if they have booked a private room or whole dormitory If a guest arrives between 12:00 and 15:00 they are welcome to use the common areas and store their luggage Kindly note the reception may be unoccupied at this time, and guests are asked to telephone Hostel Connect if the doorbell is not answered Late check-out is not possible and guests will be charged an additional night in failure to vacate their rooms by 12:00 Guests may use the luggage storage and common areas until 15:00 on the day of departure Kindly note coach parking is not available Groups: When booking for 7 persons or more than, different policies and additional supplements will apply The lead booker must be with the group at all times, and will be responsible for the groups actions, cooperation and correspondence with Hostel Connect Information about the group will be requested to best accommodate your needs and to place you in requested rooms, changes to the group may be possible subject to availability Changes may incur a charge For groups of 7 to 9 persons: The total price of the reservation must be paid within 14 days of arrival, after this time the payment is non-refundable A security deposit of GB 200 is required on arrival via debit or credit card This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to the guests behaving well, not smoking in the rooms or tampering with the fire alarm, and a damage inspection of the accommodation For groups of 10 persons or more: The total price of the reservation must be paid within 28 days of arrival, after this time the payment is non-refundable A security deposit of GB 300 is required on arrival via debit or credit card This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to the guests behaving well, not smoking in the rooms or tampering with the fire alarm, and a damage inspection of the accommodation Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply
