Guests are kindly requested to inform Glasgow City by Reserve Apartments of their estimated time of arrival in order to be met at the property The arrival time can be noted in the Special Request box when booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required prior to arrival for incidentals or breakages The deposit has to be paid at least 7 days prior to arrival It is fully refundable after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation The damage deposit will not be taken automatically from the guests card details, this must be paid separately, details of how to pay are included in the confirmation email Please note that guests arriving after 19:00 will be subject to a late check in fee of GBP 15 Please note that at least one party member for bookings must be 25 years of age or older Please inform Glasgow City by Reserve Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
