Centrally located in Neustadt an der WeinstraSse, Villa Nova Neustadt - das grune Gastehaus offers a special ambience with its antiques, renovated wooden floors and an inner courtyard with historic wooden lounge chairs Built in 1882, the historic villa has been restored from 2011 onwards Most of the furniture and lamps are Art Nouveau or Biedermeier, and all furniture is made out of massive wood All guests at Villa Nova Neustadt - das grune Gastehaus enjoy free use of the kitchen and coffee facilities, complimentary WiFi, and the Villa Nova room with its library and a large TV with satellite channels Neustadt -Weinstr- Main Station, the beautiful market square and the cosy pedestrian zone with pubs, cafes and restaurants are all between 100 and 300 metres away The famous Hambacher Schloss Castle and the Wolfsburg ruin are within walking distance -2 to 4 km away- In all 4 directions, there are beautiful day trip destinations by train Bicycles can be taken free of charge in regional trains from 09:00 daily Kaiserslautern and Ludwigshafen can be reached in 30 minutes using public transport, and Heidelberg is 50 km away Private parking is available on site for a small daily charge
