House Florian is quietly located at 1600m ca 1km above the middle station of the Gerlitzen lift system Recently much improved it has 2 bedrooms a seperate kitchen and spectacular views from the balcony which is accessed from the living room If need be there is also a fireplace The garden is accessed from the side of the house and has a sandpit slide and BBQ With a Karnten Card -extra cost- the nearby lifts can be used free without limit and included in the price of the appartment is limitless access -worth ca Euro 4 per person per day- to the affiliated beach some 1000m below on lake Ossiachersee
