This 3-level townhouse is 1 km walk from Eastern Beach or to Lake Entrance shops, cafes and restaurants There is a terrace, that is shared with a next door property, that has gas BBQ facilities For your convenience ample parking for a boat and multiple cars is available, when using the double lock up garage and driveway parking A fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, stove top, oven, dishwasher and a full-sized refrigerator is included and there are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and a separate shower and the other with a shower A large flat-screen TV, DVD player and a CD player are provided There is split-system heating and air-conditioning in the living areas and a washing machine and clothesline included The games room has a table tennis table, TV and a DVD player The closest boat launching ramp is North Arm Lakes Entrance A golf course is only minutes down the road
