Please note the property requires a copy of the passport and filled-in and signed credit card charge authorization form within 48 hours to secure the reservation The property will contact guests with further instructions after reservation A complimentary transfer service from Santiago or the airport is provided for guests -one way- This service must be previously requested and coordinated with the property In case there is a lack of snow, the propertys policy is as follows: In the case that none of the ski lifts are operating due to a lack of snow, Colorado Apart Hotel will reimburse 100% of the total amount paid, deducting USD 60 per person, in order to cover communication and administration expenses Clients may also transfer the already paid amount towards a new reservation The reservation would have the same conditions and is subject to room availability Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee -IVA- of 19% To be exempt from this 19% additional fee -IVA- the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented The passenger wont be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee -IVA- This additional fee -IVA- is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately Please inform Colorado Apart Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions
