Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented at the property After booking, the property will send you a contract that must be signed and returned along with the deposit payment of 30% of the total price of the reservation This must be done before the booking is confirmed Directions and key-collection information will be given after payment of the balance which is due, together with the security deposit, 30 days before arrival Bank transfers are an accepted method of payment The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days, after the end of the stay, provided there is no damage to the property A baby cot is available upon request A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
