Located on the waters edge, 200 metres from Metung Village, Bronte boasts stunning water views across Bancroft Bay A washing machine and a clothes line are provided There is multiple living areas, large bedrooms and a spacious deck A fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove top, oven, dishwasher and a full-sized refrigerator are provided as well as a gas BBQ The lounge has a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a DVD player while the 2 bathrooms have a walk-in shower or a shower and a bath The house is heatedcooled by a split-system air-conditioner and there is a fireplace The driveway is steep and narrow but large enough to park 2 cars and the closest boat launching ramp is at Shaving Point, Metung
