Appleby House and Rabbit Island Huts offer two different accommodation types and is located between Richmond and Mapua on the road to the Abel Tasman National Park Both accommodation choices offer outdoor BBQ areas and outdoor spaces including fully equipped kitchens and dining areas Appleby House offers a full laundry for guests; Rabbit Island Hut has limited washing facilities The property is located just a few minutes bike drive from the Nelson Great Taste Trail All room types are separate and private; however guests have access to shared areas such as a kitchen, bbq and outdoor entertainment areas In the morning you can enjoy complimentary locally baked breads accompanied by Appleby House homemade condiments and Rabbit Island Coffee plunger coffee and specialty teas Appleby House has three room types all with en suites and is suitable for children Rabbit Island Huts is a mixture of en suite Huts and Huts with shared bathroom facilities, all rooms have Queen Beds only so limited facilities for children
