One of 2 similar great value appartments on the ground floor -garden level- of this appartment house above the middle station of the Gerlitzen lift system by Villach Access to the scenic garden terrace is directly from the living room and outside there are a slide BBQ table tenis and a sandpit The interior has been recently improved with the bedroom totally refurbished refitted kitchen and new furniture in the living room From the middle station -ca 1km- you can take a chairlift to the top or have a go on the new downhill go kart track Included in the appartment price is beach access on the Ossiachersee - great for families!
