This nice furnished holiday home enjoys a good location, midway between Moraira and Calpe resorts, just 2 minutes drive from La Fustera beach, supermarket and restaurants The house has extended gardens and a large patio around the pool and house Entering through a covered patio, you reach a large livingdining area with a fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player There is a fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and 1 twin bedroom Both bedrooms share a full bathroom Located within walking distance of Els Pinets cove, the house also features a separate apartment behind it, which includes a twin bedroom and a shower room There is an outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities Central heating is available for the cooler winter months
