Please note that Tanjong Jara Resort will be closed for upgrading and maintenance work annually from 1 November until 30 November The resort will be reopening from 1 December every year Please be informed that the hotel does not accept payment using a third-party card Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in and while making payment at the hotel If you are making payment using another cardholders credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival: 1- Authorization letter with cardholders signature 2- Copy of the cardholders card -front and back of card with cardholders signature- Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes For security purposes, credit cards used for Non-Refundable bookings must also be presented when checking in A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted
