Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Tourism Promotion Fee would be applicable per room per night Please note that T Star Cottage Langkawi does not have a 24-hour reception Kindly provide your check-in timing -under Special Requests- during booking The property does not have hot shower facilities nor offer a daily housekeeping service Extra charges apply for change of bedlinen -complete bed set provided upon check in- The property requires a deposit payment in advance and will be contacting the guest directly once a booking is made with deposit payment instructions The property strictly does not accommodate children below 12 years old Extra charges: 1- Guests will be charged MYR 25 for a change of 1 complete of full clean bed set This includes bed sheets, pillow and bolster cases, as well as blankets 2- Upon check-in, guests are provided with 2 towels only Should guests wish to change the towel, MYR 3 is chargeable per towel 3- The property requires a refundable security deposit of MYR 100 for each room 4- Late check out is chargeable at MYR 10 per hour -beginning at 12:00 on day of check-out- 5- Early check in before 12:00 is charged at a full one nights stay A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted A security deposit of MYR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
