The full balance for accommodation is due within 24 hours of booking If the booking is long-term, or far in advance, the property may be able to offer a payment plan The guest will be sent an email with their invoice and payment link and the guest will be prompted to enter their creditdebit card information All payments must pass the 3D Secure authentication screen to confirm the guests identity with their credit or debit card provider The guest must complete this process within 24 hours of receiving the email to ensure confirmation of their booking For same day bookings, the balance must be paid for before 16:30 on the date of check-in Last minute bookings that fall on a weekend or bank holiday must be paid for on the last working day before the check-in date Non or late payment may result in the booking being cancelled and no keys will be left out for collection Once the property has received payment for the booking, the guest will be sent their check-in paperwork which details key collection instructions and other important information If guests require a car parking space, they must request this at the time of making the reservation The property reserves the right to apply a security deposit of GBP 250 This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 500 Avebury Boulevard, MK9 2BE Central Milton Keynes Please inform South Row Serviced Apartments - Shortstay MK in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation A security deposit of GBP 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
