Visitors are note permitted in the bedrooms There is a GBP 200 charge for unauthorised visitors or additional guests that are not included on the booking Smoking is strictly prohibited Any guests that are found smoking will be charged GBP 100 From Monday to Thursday the bistro is closed for lunch and reopens in the evening from 18:00 Open all day Friday and Saturday, but closed all day after breakfast on Sunday until further notice Payment for any booking that is not advance purchase is due on arrival -this is necessary because the hotel operates an express check-out policy- Guests are required to show upon arrival the debit and credit card that as used to make the booking Group Bookings: Bookings for 3 rooms or more, or 3 nights or more, must be cancelled at least 7 days before arrival to avoid a charge If cancelled later, or in the event of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged Please note the hotel has no lift and all rooms are above ground level Parking is available at nearby Union Square or Aberdeen Railway Station, subject to additional charges Free parking is available in street adjacent to the hotel between the hours of 20:00 and 08:00 A late check-in fee of GBP 50 applies for check-in after 22:30 without prior notification Late check-out is possible, subject to availability and a fee of GBP 25 applies
