Please note the communal terrace area and hot tub will not be available from 20 January to 31 March 2017 Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of the total number of guests staying in the apartment and of their estimated time of arrival This can be noted in the Special Requests Box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation Reception is open from 09:00 to 21:00 Please inform the property in advance if you expect to arrive after 22:00 A night porter will provide you with the keys and you will be able to check-in at reception the following day Once you arrive at Calle San Vicente, 4, please call the porter -1001 + bell- who will open the door for you Please inform the property in advance of how many car parking spaces are required If you do not book in advance, parking cannot be guaranteed Access to the old town during Easter is restricted After 13:00 it is not possible to enter the old town by car Please note that you must leave the car park by 11:00 on the day of check-out When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply Please inform Friendly Rentals Tempa Museo in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
