A prepayment deposit via bank transfer or PayPal is required to secure your reservation The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions Please note that the property charges a USD $2000 - USD $40 penalty for guests who dont check-in or check-out during the established time set -weekdays from 9-18 h and Saturday from 9-13 h- There is an extra charge of 20 $ US - $ 40 US if between 23 h and 7 h pm- Payment is also accepted in US dollars A security deposit of USD 700 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
