Please note: The resort will be undergoing lobby renovations from 1 December 2016 through to 1 February 2017 There will be some noise and potential closures to portions of the lobby as the work progresses The front desk staff will be available 24 hours a day The Sunset building will be undergoing refurbishment 15 September 2016 through 30 November 2016 Guests will experience noisedebris and will see construction workers and equipment on-site as the work progresses Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in at Palm Canyon Resort A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidental charges This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to damage inspection of the accommodation A daily taxable resort fee is charged upon arrival Pool Policy: Daily pool access wrist bands will only be issued to registered guests Maximum room occupancy will be strictly enforced One Bedroom Suites allows a maximum of 4 guests Max occupancy for Two Bedroom Suites is 6 guests Check-out guests are not able to utilize the poolresort amenities due to high occupancy The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in, along with a photo ID for verification The name on the reservation must match the name of the guest who is checking in If guest is unable to provide the credit card for verification, a credit card authorization form must be sent to the resort by the cardholder prior to check-in, or an alternative credit card must be presented along with a photo ID matching the cardholder name for verification Failure to provide valid payment could result in the cancellation of the reservation Any advance deposit previously collected on the credit card used to book the reservation will be refunded to the card on file and payment will be obtained on the credit card presented by the guest at check-in Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply A security deposit of USD 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
