The front desk is open daily from 10:00 - 21:00 and located at 346 23rd Ave SW Calgary in the black Mercato Building Check-in times are between 16:00-21:00 only, early or late check-ins are not possible During check-in guests must provide valid photo ID and credit card for verification A CAD $250 pre-authorized damage deposit is charged upon arrival The check-in location differs from the property location, the guest will retrieve the key during check-in at the office and be informed on the location of their suite Check-out is at 10:00 and the keys must be placed by 11:00 in the drop box outside of the office doors on 23rd Ave The suite comes with onsite parking, paid for at the meter -not included in the final price of your reservation- Please note, guests must be 18 years and older to book at the property Please inform Ostays Condos - Opal in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation A security deposit of CAD 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
