The small village of Lungotz is located near St Martin Am Tennengebirge and Annaberg This lovely house has a beautiful view over the village and is built on a small hill You have the entire first floor all to yourself so plenty of privacyA large living room with direct access to the large balcony is charming and sociable In addition you have a separate kitchen with dining nook with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom Next to the house is a carport with space for one carLungotz is in a quiet location and easily accessible In the winter you can be in the ski areas of Dachstein West in just a few minutes Of course you can walk and make excursions in the beautiful surroundings at any time of year Highly recommended for those looking for a wonderful accommodation with a great pricequality ratio
