Please note that Hotel Napa Valley does not accept payments with American Express credit cards If checking in after 18:00, please make arrangements with the hotel directly Guests will be charged the full amount for the reservation at the time of booking The Napa Fire Marshall does not allow children in rooms at Hotel Napa Valley There are rooms that allow children at their sister property, Merlot House The Napa Fire Marshall also does not allow candles, lights or open flames in the house The inn observes a quiet time in all indoor and outdoor spaces from 22:30 – 08:00 daily The entire property is 100% non-smoking and no pets are allowed If you smoke in rooms, a USD 500 penalty will be charged to cover sanitizing costs Additional charges may apply, pending the extent of the damage Please specify a ground floor room if needed There is no bellman or elevator available Since you carry your own luggage to your room, you may want to pack several smaller bags instead of one large one, as they will be easier for you to transport up and down the stairs We do have some ground floor rooms available at Hotel Napa Valley with a ramp up to the back door Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply
