Please be informed that construction works are taking place to the west of the villa until further notice The construction works cannot be seen from all main indoor and outdoor area of the property The property requires prepayment via PayPal Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the PayPal link To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received Towels are provided and changed twice weekly All bed linen are also changed twice weekly, except duvet covers which are changed every 7 days Please be informed that the villa is swept on a daily basis -except Sundays- and the floors are mopped twice weekly Standard check-in time is 15:00 hrs and standard check-out time is 11:00 hrs These times can be flexible subject to availability of the villa Additional fees or arrangements can be made for early arrival or late departures Please contact the property directly for more details Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation The use of the villa is for registered guests only and has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests and 2 children -children up to 12 years old- Breakfast and cooking services for dinner for available at an additional charge Please inform Maenam Hills Villa in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation A security deposit of THB 20000 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
