This holiday accommodation is nice for those who want to discover Butgenbach and its surroundings, while staying in a quiet village It is located in the heart of the East Cantons, in the German-speaking part of the Ardennes Guests will have at their disposal the entire ground floor of the house, which is completely private, the entrance as well, a 50sqm terrace and a nice garden on the side of the property The owner lives on the top floor of the house There is school and a children playground in front of the house, the playground can be used by guests children There are many hiking opportunities in the area, either on foot, especially in the High Fens, cycling or cross-country skiing The Lake of Butgenbach is nice for summer swimming and water sports The architecture of the house recalls the German influences The border with Germany is not very far
