How to get to La Gran Tortuga: Upon arriving to Baltra, pick up your luggage and take the bus going to the canal Take the boat -it costs 1 USD- that crosses the canal and, once on the other shore, take the bus going to Puerto Ayora Once youre there, look for the pier with motorboats going to Isabela Island There you will find Transmartiza Offices, where you should buy the ticket for the motorboat departing at 1400 and arriving at 430 -The ticket costs 30 USD- Upon arrival, there will be a member of the hotels staff waiting for you To have your motorboat ticket booked in advance, just send the hotel an e-mail to let them know Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply Please inform Hostal La Gran Tortuga in advance of your expected arrival time You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation
