No 10 Guest House is a small, comfortable and freshly decorated guest house, close to Irvine town centre It offers great value for money and is an ideal base for exploring the west coast of Scotland The train station is a short 20-minute walk away and No 10 is situated on the local bus route with links to Kilmarnock, Ayr, Glasgow and Largs There are many eating places and bars within walking distance and the beautiful Irvine Harbourside area is only a 3 minute drive by car The Magnum Leisure Centre and several popular restaurants can be found next to the beach park and great undercover shopping is available at the nearby Rivergate Shopping Mall
