New and fabulous detached holiday home in a good location on the edge of the forest amidst the nature of Sauerland with beautiful views The holiday house was newly built in 2011 and has an extremely favourable location on the edge of the village Neerdar near both the winter sports centre Willingen and the beautiful dam lakes Diemelsee and Edersee The holiday home was newly built in 2011 is detached and lovely free standing on a large ground parcel of 1000 m2 The house is luxuriously decorated and from there you truly have breathtaking views of the hills and the beautiful Sauerland landscape The house is located directly on the famous Uplandsteig where you can make beautiful walks and relaxThe ski runs of Usseln and Willingen are nearby at only 6 and 10 km distance which means that you can hit the slopes after 10 minutes You will also be in nearby famous Winterberg in 25 minutes Enjoy the pretty walking paths in summer the perfect water sports facilities on the Diemel- and Edersee or visit one of the cosy places in the proximity such as: Korbach Willingen Brilon and well known Winterberg
