Please note that the Two-Bedroom Apartments are located in EichbergstraSse 5, 150 metres from the main building The One-Bedroom Apartments are located in EichbergstraSse 8, opposite the main building Please note that Hofgarten Kaiserstuhl has no reception Guests will receive a separate confirmation email from the property after booking, and a second email shortly before arrival with information about check-in The main office is located on the first floor of EichbergstraSse 18, where the pool and sauna are also situated Please note that free on-site parking is not available for the studio apartments All apartments are on self-catering bases with no cleaning service, apartments have to be kept clean and tidy otherwise guests will be charged a cleaning fee of EUR 80 Please be aware there is no reception therefore clients need to make sure that they have access to their check-in information which will be sent by the company Braviscasa Ltd a few days prior their arrival Check-in times are from 15:00 - 20:00 Later check-in until 23:00 is possible upon agreement against an extra fee A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
