This chalet includes: - 1 big apartment with 3 bedrooms, living room and a kitchen - 7 smaller apartments with 1 bedroom, living room with sofa beds and a kitchen - attic floor with 2 more rooms featuring 3 mattresses - flat-screen satellite TV with DVD player - dishwasher and washing machine - 1 terrace in the big apartment and 3 balconies in the smaller apartments Please note that the room rate is for the whole unit, which can accommodate up to 41 guests There is also a separate studio, which is not available to guests booking the chalet, as well as a privately used apartment Please also note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own Please note that a fixed amount of EUR 500 will be blocked on the credit card on the day of arrival This is a damage deposit which will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment after departure Please also note that between 1 December and 30 April, an additional heating charge of EUR 5 per person is charged
