Please note this property is located in Okuhida Hot Spring Villages Guests will need to take a bus from JR Takayama Station Please be informed that guests must respect the check-in time, as the property is not staffed 24-hours a day Guests must arrive between 15:00 - 17:00 to process check-in, otherwise the front desk will be closed Guests arriving after 18:00 must inform the property in advance Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation Please note that all guestrooms are located on the 2nd floor Because there are no elevators or escalators, guests will have to use the stairs to access the guestrooms There are no restaurants andor stores within the property premises As the property is located in a hot-spring area in the mountains, there are no restaurants, convenience stores, banks or any other store near the property Please make sure to purchase any foodsdrinks and other necessary items before travelling to the area, prior to check-in The property does not provide any pick-up service Guests with a half-board plan are requested to check-in by 17:00 at the latest Dinner will be served at either 18:00 or 18:30 Guests who fail to check-in by the requested time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given Breakfast is served at either 07:30 or 08:00 guests with a breakfast plan are requested to check-in by 18:00 at the latest Please be informed that the property staff can only speak Japanese
